*Rental Conditions
- To complete the reservation of the apartment, a deposit of 25% of the total rent is required. The remaining balance, along with the final cleaning costs, will be charged 2 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- Cleaning service during rental is possible upon request in advance at an hourly rate of 15 euros and has to be paid directly to the housekeeper.
- The reservation can be cancelled upto 3 days before arrival with full refund of the deposit payment. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
- Prices as stated above do not include 100 Euro's final cleaning costs. These costs will be added to the rent.
