The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request. This bedroom also has airconditioning, a spacious built-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath tub with shower and a wash basin. There is an extra foldable bed available for an extra guest and also a baby cot available upon request.
Urbanisation Valgrande:
The Valgrande urbanisation is located opposite to the Valderrama golf course main entrance in the heart of Sotogrande. The gardens of Valgrande cover more than five hectares of well maintained Mediterranean flora and fauna, with native Mediterranean tree species such as pines and chaparros, orange, olive and palm trees, flowers and large areas of manicured lawns. If you take a walk through the urbanisation it will take approximately 2,5 km to go round.
Valgrande urbanisation offers SPA facilities for residents (and tenants) including an indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym and a Turkish bath.
