Apartment description:

The apartment is located on the ground floor. It offers two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a tasteful decorated living room with a fireplace and open dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and sunny partly covered terrace with full privacy and a beautiful and unobstructed view in the greens.
The apartment features an underfloor heating, air conditioning, aged marble floors, double glazing, high ceilings and it has a parking lot for 1 car in the garage in the basement which is accessible by stairs and elevator from within the building.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needs that a kitchen requires for a comfortable stay: Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, American 2-door fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, food processor, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery and all other cooking accessories. The washing machine and dryer are stored in a separate laundry space and the kitchen also gives access to a small patio for storage and laundry drying.

Living room:

The spacious and open living room gives direct access to the terras and has an unobstructed view in the greens. It offers a sitting area with comfortable furniture, airconditioning, fireplace, TV, family games and books free for use, an open dining area with a large round dining table that accommodates up to 6 persons.

Terrace:

The spacious, partly covered terrace offers sun all day and a beautiful old cork tree gives a welcoming shade on warm days. The terrace has a large outdoor round table accommodating up to 6 persons, a BBQ, 2 sunbeds and a lounge area with a sofa, a lounge table and two lounge chairs. The terrace is the place where as we, you will find yourself enjoying and relaxing with friends and family most of the time.

Master bedroom & bathroom:

The master bedroom gives direct access to the terrace with a view in the greens and offers a King size bed, airconditioning, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a safe, an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath tub, separate shower and two wash basins.

Second bedroom & bathroom :

The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request. This bedroom also has airconditioning, a spacious built-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath tub with shower and a wash basin. There is an extra foldable bed available for an extra guest and also a baby cot available upon request.

Urbanisation Valgrande:

The Valgrande urbanisation is located opposite to the Valderrama golf course main entrance in the heart of Sotogrande. The gardens of Valgrande cover more than five hectares of well maintained Mediterranean flora and fauna, with native Mediterranean tree species such as pines and chaparros, orange, olive and palm trees, flowers and large areas of manicured lawns. If you take a walk through the urbanisation it will take approximately 2,5 km to go round.

Valgrande urbanisation offers SPA facilities for residents (and tenants) including an indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym and a Turkish bath. Within the urbanisation you will also find a practice bunker and putting green for golfers, a paddle tennis court, 3 beautiful outdoor swimming pools with separate toddler pools.
