Dear Family & Friends,

We are fortunate to offer for rent to our dear families, friends and acquaintances a spacious, comfortable, fully equipped and child friendly 2 bedroom apartment in Sotogrande , in the heart of Sotogrande Golf and international polo community in the southernmost of Spain.

The apartment is located in the beautiful maintained Mediterranean tropical gardens of the urbanisation of Valgrande and is located right opposite to the famous Valderama Golfcourse entrance and just minutes away from highly rated golfclubs like El Real Club de Golf  & La Reserva among others.

Valgrande is a private urbanisation located in the hills of Sotogrande. It offers among many other features, 3 stunning community pools and 24/7 access controll and security of which makes it an exclusive, quiet, peaceful and very safe residence.

Personal note

Our apartment holds a special place in our hearts as it represents a place where we feel truly at home, enveloped in cosiness and surrounded by cherished personal belongings. Due to this personal significance, we have decided not to offer it on the commercial rental market. Instead, we wish to preserve its intimate ambiance for ourselves, as well as for our dear family and friends.

We already come to Sotogrande for many years and every time we have to leave again we do that with reluctance. Sotogrande is an amazing place for leisure and we would love for our families, friends and acquaintances to experience the same joy as much as we do!
